Five Cleansings are Coming to Levi

Malachi 3: 1-3 "Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the messenger of the covenant, IN WHOM YOU DELIGHT. Behold He is coming," says the Lord of Hosts. "But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire AND LIKE LAUNDERERS' SOAP. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; HE WILL PURIFY THE SONS OF LEVI, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness."

I believe we are about to enter into a most dramatic fulfillment of this scripture. Malachi is the last book of the Old Testament and the last chapter is often read as a tremendous prophetic declaration of things that we can expect in the "last days." In the last chapter, there is the promise of the "Sun of righteousness arising with healing in His wings." This is in reference to Elijah the prophet coming and turning "the hearts of the fathers to the children" and vice versa. However, I believe most have missed the overall theme of the entire book of Malachi. The first 2 chapters are almost never preached about. These two chapters are entirely a rebuke to corrupt priests and their polluted sacrifices. Malachi 3:8 speaks of robbing the Lord in tithes and offerings. This scripture has even become a "favorite" for pastors to preach to their congregations related to giving money. Yet, this scripture is generally preached completely out of the context of what is being addressed.

As you can see, from the passage I have quoted, the Lord is still addressing priests and THEIR corruption and evil. The actual corruption is that the priests are not saving up the mandated storehouse tithe out of the tithe that they are receiving from the people. The first two chapters already established that the priests were to receive tithes from the people or they wouldn't even have the means to give "polluted offerings." The storehouse tithe was a big deal because it was the benevolent fund for the widows and orphans.

I say all these things just to establish the fact that the great prophetic book of Malachi is, first and foremost, a book that speaks of the coming correction and cleansing of the priests. Once this happens, we will enter the awesome Malachi 3:18 stage where we, "shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked." After that happens, the promises declared in Malachi 4 can begin.

WHAT THE HURRICANES HAVE PROPHESIED
In previous posts, I have spoken about the hurricanes of the last couple of years. Last year's hurricanes were "John the Baptist" storms giving warnings to "prepare the way of the Lord." Even two of the storm's names were Ivan and Jeanne which are "John" in other languages (Russian and French). I also shared about the meaning of Mars' unprecedented closeness to the earth and that it signified the Lord coming near us while representing His specific designation of "Lord of Hosts." Similarly, Katrina and Rita tell us also that the Lord of Hosts is upon us and full scale changes will now be forthcoming.

Zechariah 9:14 speaks of when the Lord comes to save His people, "The Lord God will blow the trumpet, and go with the whirlwinds (hurricanes) of the south." We are just a few days past Rosh Hashanah—the Jewish New Year, and it is also called The Feast of Trumpets. The Lord has blown His trumpet and is declaring that He has come and is coming in the hurricanes of the South. Just to make sure we understand that, even the hurricanes' names have prophesied. Katrina means "cleansing" and Rita means "pearl." Our Malachi 3 passage tells us that He will come as "launderers' soap" and, of course, Jesus is our "Pearl of great price" for whom we are to give up all.

JUDGMENT BEGINS IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD
Though many may be ready for the Lord's judgments on sinners to begin, 1 Peter 4:17 plainly states that judgment will begin in the house of the Lord. Our Malachi 3 passage further specifies that this judgment will begin upon the "sons of Levi." The Levites were the priestly tribe and, in symbolism, this title refers to pastors and shepherding ministers. The reason God will judge His Levites first is because Levites are the "walls" of our cities and nations. What shows up in the city and nation is because the Levites have "bound" or "loosed" it—through their conduct and behavior. A city of unrighteous Levites will reap and manifest great unrighteousness for the city. When the Levites cease to be the cause of the unrighteousness, then the Lord will separately judge the unrighteousness. He will actually perform whatever the righteous Levites of that city will request, as they will carry the authority to "loose" judgment or mercy.

So, we are "suddenly" upon a unique season of the Levites being dealt with so that an ensuing "unprecedented" move of God may be released. A Great Awakening has already begun, but a great mark of it will be the exposure of corrupt "Levites."

CLEANSING NUMBER ONE: THE DEFILERS
I believe that the first cleansing that is released upon the "sons of Levi" is one that will surface wolves that have been disguising as shepherds. Right now, in our country, there is a large network of absolutely corrupt and defiled ministers of the gospel. They operate almost as a "Christian" mafia and they are ravaging the Body of Christ from the inside out. They are "broken levees" that are permitting every imaginable source of filth, slime, and pollution into the house of the Lord. These "pastors" are decadent in every form of the word. They are involved in pedophilia, homosexuality, incest, serial adultery, drugs, witchcraft, and some even in bestiality. Many of these "ministers" know about each other and cover for each other. They abuse teachings on submission to "spiritual authority" to hush opponents and thus hide and further their cause. They self-delude themselves into believing that because they are doing so many "good things" that this other behavior is permissible for them. Mafia boss, John Gotti, was known for many "good deeds" and acts of generosity, however, in the eyes of the law he was still a murderer and a criminal. Many of these "ministers" that I speak of are in the same category. They all will boast and demonstrate many good works; yet, they are corrupters who have opened doors in the city and nation to every fowl demon. Exposure and judgment is about to come to this group.

What is going to shock many is how widespread this behavior is. There is a "black root" of ministers whose private lives would, at times, shame the French Quarters of New Orleans. If you have wondered why the French Quarters of New Orleans was spared, it is because God must deal first with the "French Quarters" within His church. Get prepared to be shocked at who all is involved with this level of defilement. The Lord is pulling off the clothes of these "ministries" and they include very well known TV and national ministries. The cleansing will begin and, as it does, a horrific "stink" will fill the air from coast to coast and even into the nations. Be prepared because it will be worse than most think and you will be tempted to lose trust in everyone. However, be encouraged to know this is actually a coming of "the Lord whom you seek" (Mal. 3:1) and that it will be for a long-term good.

CLEANSING NUMBER TWO: THE ADULTERERS
Some may be surprised that this is a separate and secondary work of cleansing and refining. However, this group is very different from the first mentioned group – although, apart from God's intervention, they could end up in the first category.

The first group I mentioned has been confronted repetitively and have passed up multiple opportunities to repent. Unfortunately, most of them are rotten from the inside out and will die in their sin. This second group, however, will be redeemed as they come forward, confess their sins, and get clean. I believe there are many, many more in this group than the first and the exposure of the "defilers" will bring a redemptive fear of the Lord on this group.

There are many "good" pastors and ministers who have developed a wrong bond with someone in ministry and then have fallen into sin. For many, it is a secretary or some co-worker in ministry that they often interact with and, in a moment of weakness, a serious line was crossed. Now is the appropriate time for them to repent in private before the "plumb line" falls and they are exposed before many. Those involved will cease to get away with their sin as His "launderers' soap" continues to work its way through the "sons of Levi." Launderers' soap is NOT like Ivory Soap but, it is lye that burns skin yet cleans clothes. It is a lye that exposes "lies." Many ministers will be restored by the Lord after this cleansing and will serve again as true shepherds in God's house. However, I believe most from this category will lose their moral authority to lead in God's house as their personal testimony will be just too damaged to do so. I believe those who do repent before the Lord will find that the Lord will open up new spheres of ministry that do not entail being a shepherd in God's house. He really is going to 'stock' His house with true shepherds; not perfect shepherds, but shepherds who reflect the Biblical requirements for a shepherd.

CLEANSING NUMBER THREE: THE HIRELINGS
There will be no room for giddy finger pointing as this cleansing work goes deeper and deeper. The message will get more clear that sexual impurities are a big deal with the Lord. By the time the cleansing gets into its third stage, even the ministers 'casually' involved in pornography will know that they can not do that anymore. As the Lord's lye continues to expose "lies," it will now surface the "hireling."

The "hireling" is one who is primarily motivated by money. He may have started out in sincerity, but things have so changed that he makes no decision without that consideration. His entire ministry routine is guided by "minimum fees," guaranteed offerings, and book sales. His conversation with other ministers always quickly gravitates to the money considerations and even financial comparisons. He even believes that any new place of financial "bonanza" signifies some awesome anointing on His life. Of course, there are rich "hirelings" and poor "hirelings." There are poor ministers who are still making all their decisions based on the money factor. They would leave to follow a better salary at the drop of a hat if it became available. There is no real sense of call to a people or a region, but they serve anywhere if the price is right.

Biblically, the difference between a prophet and a false prophet was that a false prophet did what he did for a reward. It was called "the sin of Balaam" and it signified that one had defaulted from a true ministry position. It was not whether there was a legitimate gift or not, but whether a love for money had now become the guiding force. Unfortunately, I must say that this sin is very widespread in what is called the "Charismatic" or Spirit-filled community and the Lord will be exposing it. Again, this is a good time to repent of this sin before forced exposure brings it to the light. It is not a small thing and will cause many to default in their ministerial destiny. As a secondary caution and warning, I believe that the affection for "things" and money in preachers often precedes adultery. First, one feels entitled to "things" and then one feels entitled to people. God is pulling the "clothes" off this sin and, as a result, even more people will lose faith in Christian leaders. But, fear not as this is still "the Lord we seek" coming to His temple so that the Levites might offer "an offering in righteousness."

CLEANSING NUMBER FOUR: THE SELF-PROMOTERS
The "launderer's soap" will continue to scrub through the "sons of Levi" and pride and self-promotion will be the target. Pride, of course, is the most subtle of all sins as it reinvents itself as we 'mature' and progress in the Lord. If pride can't induce us to shamelessly self-promote ourselves, then it can infect us with the pharisaical "at least I'm not like them" version of pride. It is generally best to just assume we have pride and to be in a place of constantly asking the Lord "where is it?"

Self-promotion is something that is not always obvious to the human eye. It is also easy to misjudge someone as self-promoting. Self-promotion is about getting ahead of God. It is about leaning on the arm of the flesh in an area that God has told us to wait on Him. It is stepping into a "political" spirit where we intentionally seek to make connections that will potentially promote us into another sphere of influence. Two ministers can actually do exactly the same thing and, for one, it is self-promotion and, for the other, it is simply responding to the Lord. If we write a book in response to the Lord, it is obedience. If we write a book to "get our name out there," it is self-promotion. In the same way, you can be on TV or the radio through self-promoting efforts or through obedience to the Lord. However, one will produce an Ishmael and one will produce an Isaac. Whatever you get through self-promotion will eventually war against your destiny and even your walk with the Lord.

The great danger of self-promoting is that it projects you to a sphere of influence without a developed character base. Every new level of influence makes one susceptible to a new assault of more "sophisticated" demonic spirits. "New levels equals new devils." Many of those in the "defilers" category arrived to their place of apparent success through the path of self-promotion. Allowing the Lord to promote us in His time is one of the basic character tests for those with significant callings. The failure to wait for that promotion is a primary disqualifier for an increased realm of spiritual authority.

CLEANSING NUMBER FIVE: QUENCHERS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
Many "sons of Levi" will survive the first stages of refining, yet will find themselves disqualified at this fifth level of cleansing. It will not be enough for a pastor to be free from the above sins if he is guilty of quenching the Holy Spirit. This will still be considered a very serious offense in the sight of the Lord and one at which He will no longer wink. "Quenching the Spirit" can possibly be an overused phrase or concept. However, to a minister, it simply means making less room for the Holy Spirit than what the Holy Spirit has requested. It is refusing to prioritize the fruit AND the gifts of the Holy Spirit. A church that does not prioritize the presence, the power, and the person of the Holy Spirit will not properly reflect anything that the Lord will want to bless.

An entire book could be written on this theme, but the basic sin that the Lord will be judging is the sin of CONTROL. The Type A personality is a very dominant characteristic of pastors. It requires intentional steps of "dialing down" for this personality type to coexist with the organic creative person of the Holy Spirit. This personality type can preach "not by might, not by power, but by my Spirit" but has difficulty actually living it. There is too much "might and power" in this personality type.

The Lord truly will build HIS church and the Holy Spirit is the Trinity's agent of Church transformation. He is going to increase and increase as the Father pours Him out upon all flesh. The church leader that does not make room for Him will find himself being His enemy. The "launderer's soap" will not stop washing and purging until it has an infrastructure of shepherds to whom the Lord can entrust a great harvest. He will not have Defilers, Adulterers, Hirelings, or Self-Promoters—neither will He have those who restrict the Promise of the Father. He will pour out His Holy Spirit in the last days and His church will openly receive Him and allow Him to reproduce Christ in us. THEN the sons of Levi will present an offering in righteousness (Mal. 3:3).


CONCLUSION
I believe that over 90% of the Senior Pastors here in the United States will not survive the coming work of refining and purging that is coming to the "sons of Levi." I'm not even sure what I mean when I say, "will not survive," but that is what I hear in my spirit. This is not a minor "attitude adjustment" that is coming to the leadership, but it is an entire overhaul of the "sons of Levi." At some point, it WILL look like Katrina has gone through the Church—and the stink will be great. I have not even addressed the refining coming to the Church itself. As the Church begins to see what God is no longer condoning in the pulpit (He never did condone it—but now judgment will be seen), there will be a release of the fear of the Lord that will greatly benefit the Body of Christ. He really cannot send GREAT harvest until this process takes place. The harvest would be contaminated and become spiritual children of the existing decadence. The timing for this is NOW. We will first see His axe/acts of righteousness come down on "the defilers." When you see it, stay sober, for this is just the beginning. The Lord, WHOM WE SEEK, is coming to His House.

Is There an Israel/Katrina Connection?

Last week the Lord reminded me of a prophetic word that I gave in February of 2003. This was a word about the shuttle Columbia disaster that, at the time, had just taken place. I gave this prophetic word as a warning about a "land for peace" proposal that was being discussed at that time. As I reread the word, I realized that the Columbia shuttle disaster back in 2003 was also a warning of what I believe just took place through Hurricane Katrina. As you'll see, I wrote that I felt the "Columbia" represented an American plan to pressure Israel and that this plan would cause a great disaster if it was implemented. If you remember, the Columbia exploded and scattered debris all over Texas. Amazingly, Texas is the state that has received a "scattering" of over 300,000 evacuees from the Katrina disaster. As you read the entire word (included below), I believe that you will understand that this Hurricane fulfilled two separate lines of prophetic warnings. There were warnings for the Gulf Coast area and specifically New Orleans, but the Lord is also addressing the Israel issue. I believe the Israel issue will be the greater long-term issue for our nation. It seems as though every time we put some kind of pressure on Israel for releasing land for "peace," that a protection over our land is lifted and we suffer increasingly dire consequences. If Jerusalem is ever compromised by our pressure on Israel as a nation, I believe it will leave Washington DC exposed and compromised to suffer a serious consequence. May that never happen. The Columbia Tragedy: Does It Also Mean Something?

I believe that many prophetic minded people are instantly aware that the Columbia disaster is also speaking a greater message. I'm sure there will be several prophetic words that come out to that effect. Right up front, we see that it is not an obvious prophetic parallel but one that requires some waiting on the Lord for wisdom. What could the Lord be saying through a tragic occurrence where Christians and the first Israeli astronaut are highlighted as those who met untimely death?

FIRST THE OBVIOUS
I need to make it clear that I don't believe that God "ordered" the Columbia disaster in order to speak a "greater truth". There are natural known risks in our space adventures and there have been several disasters over the years that NASA has experienced. It is a very dangerous and high risk venture and all who enter the space shuttles are fully aware of that fact. So, in the natural, there seem to be so many multiple risk factors, that ongoing disasters and loss of life seem unavoidable should these type of ventures continue.

BUT GOD IS GOD
However, God has the ability to know that natural catastrophes are coming and has the sovereignty to use them to speak a "greater truth". How He does all this is what makes Him God. God knew that first time Israeli astronaut Ramon was going to be on this ill-fated flight. He also knew that the commander would be a fine Christian man named Husband. He knew it would all fall apart over Texas. He knew all the details of the mission and being God He also knows how to weave a "greater truth" that He really wants us to get. I will share some of the things that I think the Lord is saying with all this. The "Greater Truth" about Columbia The word Columbia is derived from Columbus, as in "Christopher Columbus". Columbus was the discoverer of America. For a time America was even referred to as Columbia. As you also know, the DC in Washington D.C. stands for District of Columbia. So Columbia represents America or an American Plan. It's a Warning Right away we can see that it is not good for something that represents America or an American Plan to be exploding in midair with debris scattering all over Texas. I believe the warning is regarding a political plan towards dealing with Israel. This plan either already exists or is being 'concocted' at this time. What the Lord is saying is that though it may not look that bad as it is being theoretically "launched", when it comes to the practical stage of implementing it, it will be disastrous beyond belief. As it makes its' approach to "earth" it will release disastrous consequences. It is a word and warning for our President, but we are to increase the prayer cover over him so that he hears and responds correctly. All Over Texas The 'falling apart' and debris scattering "all over Texas" tells us that the warning is for George W. Bush, for that is his state. The east Texas region is the region of his own ranch. Also Houston is obviously the focal NASA city and Houston is the very root base of the Bush family. Debris Over Palestine One of the interesting things that I noted the very first time I saw the news on the disaster was the map of east Texas where the debris was falling. My eyes were riveted and drawn to the fact that Palestine, Texas was in the central path of this debris and I believe the first place from which a ground report of the explosion came from. I believe what the Lord is saying is that not only would this proposed deal for Israeli-Palestinian peace be a 'bad deal' for Israel and America, but that it would also end out being a place of 'debris' for Palestine. The fact that a noted Israeli died in this incident speaks of it not being good for Israel, but certainly not good for Palestine as well. The Lord cares as much for the poor, needy Palestinians as for any other poor, needy group on earth. However, His provision that He has for them does not entail them violating His geographical plan and destiny for Israel. As they show proper fear of the Lord in honoring His Sovereignty as spoken through the scriptures, then they will see the Lord extend a plan of blessing for them. They are diabolically induced into stubbornness in some areas and it leaves them as a people outside of the grace of God. Individually, those Palestinians who are believers, are under God's grace but yet their 'nation' remains in a dangerous place under its' present leadership. How difficult this time has been for our Palestinian brothers and sisters. May God grant them the grace to see and understand outside of the pressures of nationalism. Though Israel as a nation has not treated the Palestinians in an altogether godly fashion, I believe the Lord has granted them the right to defend what He has by covenant given them. The Problem is in the Left Wing The present information on the dismantling of the Columbia shuttle is that the problem has been with something on the "left wing". Even if that information doesn't hold up, I believe the news report of that problem is prophetic. This Israeli plan that is being or has been 'concocted' has a wrong and excessive influence of the political "left wing." This influence must be weeded out or it will be the cause of disaster. Having compassion on the Palestinians is not the problem. It is only a problem when it extends to taking property from Israel that is covenantly granted to Israel by God. We are in the time of God's wondrous Master Plan coming to bear. The "fullness of time" is upon us and it involves a plan of redemption and restoration for Israel. God has geographical intentions in His Master Plan and they are not optional. Jerusalem is the very place that God's blood was shed. It is impossible that His Master Plan not be in effect for Jerusalem. The zeal of the Lord will perform in Jerusalem the Full Counsel of God. It will not remain quartered and partitioned into four or more religious sectors. Any plan that partitions any part of Jerusalem to ANY other nation will find itself in direct violation of God's purposes. The consequences will be disastrous for all sides that may agree to this. What about Husband the Commander? I believe that there is a real key "greater truth" that the Lord wishes us to see that is represented by Rick Husband who was the commander of the Columbia. I believe that the Lord is saying that even if we have invited the Lord Himself to command our nation – if we do so without correcting the "left wing's" influence over things regarding Israel and Palestine, then we will still suffer severe consequences. Even our President has a very legitimate relationship with the Lord, but that won't save us from disaster if the accompanying guidelines for Israel are not followed. It is that serious of an issue. The Lord can no more protect us if we go in the wrong direction concerning Israel, than He could protect Jonah once he decided to not follow God's specific instructions. This is one of those areas where it is not enough to be in general good standing with the Lord on all other issues. This is at the center of His End Time Master Plan and it is the "fullness of time". It is extremely important that we understand the Lord's heart for Israel. It is Just a Warning What has happened with the Columbia tragedy is not a prophetic foretelling of what WILL happen. The Lord so desires to see the "greater truth" not come to pass that He is giving us a loud warning. We have the supreme responsibility to increase our prayers so that our President does not settle for any plan that would wrongfully partition Israel and especially Jerusalem. He must have much wisdom from the Lord to know who and what he should listen to. It is easy to know what NOT to do but not so clear just what TO DO. God will grant our leadership wisdom if we increase the prayer cover over the President. He will help our President make the correct, tough decisions. Our President is acquainted with The Husband but our leadership must not make premature "launches" that could do damaging things to the nation. A New Beginning It is suspected that the damage done during the launch of the space shuttle is what ultimately brought it down. This mission was the 88th since the Challenger disaster of the 80's. 8 is the number of New Beginnings. We are in the need of a New Beginning on a peace plan for Israel and Palestine. There is something that is "on the table" that if launched would be disastrous. By it being the 88th flight since the last space disaster, I believe the Lord is saying that a New Beginning is still possible and that a disaster can be avoided. Let us do our part in prayer to ensure that there are no unnecessary disasters that produce "debris" over our land.

What We Must Learn From Hurricane Katrina

For fuller understanding, I feel this word must be pieced together with my last posted message about Katrina and also with the prophecies I sent out last year that related to the recent Hurricanes. The Lord really has been speaking about and through Hurricanes over the last couple of years. For those who have had ears to hear, these hurricanes are not anything more than that which has been prophesied. (See  2004 for the past words entitled "Hurricanes that Prophesy" and "God is Riding in the Whirlwinds of the South"). Overall, I believe the only thing worse than going through this devastation is going through it and learning nothing from it.

YES THIS WAS GOD'S JUDGMENT...BUT ALSO HIS GRACE

It is important that we first see that this was not just Satan "sneaking up on us" and surprising us with a deadly blow. This was the hand of the Lord manifesting the extreme grace that He will manifest more and more in the coming days. The Lord's judgments are very full of grace—for He is merciful and slow to anger. In His extreme and severe grace, He will allow thousands to die so that millions can be saved. He will also allow hundreds of thousands to die so that tens of millions might be saved. His judgments are not random and unpredictable, but inscrutable and righteous. He wishes that no one would perish but, for those who refuse instruction, He has no choice but to allow them to perish as they cling to the false gods or idols that He is very intentionally targeting right now.

God IS targeting idols, Baals, false gods, powers, and principalities of darkness. He will absolutely dismantle them one by one and piece by piece. It is that for which we all are praying and agreeing with Him. He is not doing this independent of us, but in conjunction with our cries for revival, 'open heavens,' breakthrough, and the transformation of our city and nation. We are stirring Him to act on our behalf and He is doing so. Of course, He is also the one that is stirring us to stir Him to action. Father God made a specific promise to His Son, Jesus, in Psalm 110:1, "The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool." This was the Father speaking to the ascended Christ. Father was saying to the Son, "You have now finished what you had to do—and it was very thorough and severe. Now sit here on my right hand and you are not going back until I have made ALL your enemies your footstool." The God of Peace will crush Satan under His feet BEFORE He sends Jesus back for His Church. Father and Son both passionately love the world and all its inhabitants. Yet, as Satan is systematically crushed around the world, those inhabitants who refuse to cease clinging to their idols will, in fact, die with their idols. Satan is the target, but if you are "in bed" with Satan, you too will feel like a target and will be crushed with him.

WHAT ABOUT THE CHRISTIANS THAT ALSO DIED?

I think the Lord's judgments could be better understood if no Christians perished in these judgments. I actually believe that we will enter a Psalm 91 prophetic time period where that will, in fact, be our reality. A thousand will fall on one side and ten thousand on the other, but it will not touch us. One reason that season is not fully upon us though is because a significant percentage of "Christians" are not really Christians. If we live and move and have our being in Him, we are Christians—those who are Christ's. However, many have said the "sinner's prayer," go to church, and even tithe—yet they are not Christians. To say it again, a Christian lives FOR Christ—for His interests, His rule, and His glory only. To the degree that we live for ourselves, we are NOT Christians. We can not claim the promises of Christians unless we are indeed Christians. I believe a significantly high percentage of American "Christians" are not entitled to Christian promises and protection because it is "convenience Christianity" that they practice. These people live with the mentality that says, "we will claim to be His as long as He is helping us progress and prosper in this world. If He fits into our 'box,' we will claim to be His. As long as He is our Santa Claus, we will claim to be His. As long as it is all about OUR advancement, we will claim to be His. We will even give Him a Sunday morning and up to 10% of our income."

In Galatians 2:20, the Apostle Paul gave us the definition of a Christian, "…it is no longer I that lives but Christ that lives in me." The good news is that the intense times that are now upon us will help reveal, define, and form those who are true Christians. Many have wanted to be true Christians but have lacked the motivation to fully be His. The day that is upon us will really serve as a great motivator to become one who lives FOR Christ. We will either become one of His or we will turn against Him. By this, I do not mean to imply at all that the believers who died in Katrina were not true Christians. Only God can be the judge of these things. I am sure that very true believers also perished in the storm. Yet, there is no sorrow in a believer's heart when they are passing on as it just means they will be with the Lord which is much better.

I am also aware of a secondary great weakness that I believe we as American Christians have that must be corrected. I believe that weakness is that many are virtually absent of much significant prophetic vision for their Christian experience. Even where we have true Christian presence, it is largely a "blind" Christianity as it is a life that is lived based on principles and things that God said 2000 years ago. The Bible will give us principles to live by, but it generally does not reveal timely, relevant things about our city, region, or country—the things that God is saying right now.

If we theologically strip God's ability to continue speaking to us now, then we have lost the basis for even being able to receive warnings. If we don't believe in the prophetic being an essential ingredient for present day Christianity, then we are going to continue to be greatly shocked and surprised at what God does in these times. In Revelation 3, the lukewarm Laodicean church was admonished to "anoint their eyes with salve that they might see." Many consider this entire age to be representative of the Laodicean church. Two things that will not work are a Laodicean church (lukewarm) and eyes that do not see. These are the two things we will be forced to upgrade in these times. Lukewarm Christians will just not exist in the near future. We are coming to the day when all will be either CHRISTian or ANTI-Christian. The day itself will require us to be hot or cold, not lukewarm.

In my prophetic word from October of last year (Hurricanes That Prophesy), I stated that New Orleans was no city for Christians to casually dwell in and, if they do, they better know that that is where they are supposed to be. Of course, it is very possible that no New Orleans Christians ever heard this or any other warning (as there were several other warning words too). However, it is not unthinkable that the Lord would still ask a believer to spend his last days in a city about to be destroyed. But, it is also very probable that most believers did not know what was going to happen. You have to believe in the prophetic to receive prophetic warnings. I believe we have accepted a "blind" form of Christianity when we do not receive the prophetic as legitimate. This too must change and will change. Of course, even the front "cutting edge" of the prophetic is still very deficient and this is possibly a central reason why many do not take the ministry seriously. This too will be changing greatly in this next immediate season as the Lord begins to raise credible voices around the land.

CONCLUSION

Things are changing so intensely and quickly that it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to keep up with the changes here on the Issacharian Post.  Correction to "A Healing Explosion is Upon Us"

I have to make a little correction as it relates to my recent posting (see below) on "A Healing Explosion is Upon Us." There are conflicting 'credible' reports, but from what I can best determine, Mars may in fact not be at its closest ever to the earth this August. It will be at its closest to the earth toward the end of October (again, I got conflicting dates). It will not be as large as the moon, but can seem that way when viewed through certain lenses.

None of this changes the prophetic word that I gave since the Mars phenomena was just an accompanying sign in the heavens of what I feel the Lord is releasing. However, I did want to do my best to correct the factual data and that is what this is for. Mars may or may not be confirming a specific time and month, but I still believe that this August is a month for release in the area of healing.

A Healing Explosion is Upon Us

The Atlanta Healing Rooms Conference of July 2005 was a very significant spiritual event and I believe that its ramifications will be felt city-wide, nation-wide, and even world-wide. Atlanta carries a very strategic place in all that relates to the Healing breakthrough that is now being released across the world. In the natural, Atlanta is the home of the CDC -- the Center of Disease Control. In the spirit, it is called to be a Center for Disease Control AND ERRADICATION! The CDC is widely responsible for the basic global eradication of polio and small pox. This is the place the world turns to get the 'forecast' for how diseases are being dealt with around the planet. The CDC's "proclamations" on health extend worldwide. In the same way, I believe there is an anointing over Atlanta to be a place where prophetic proclamations against diseases are made. This is a very important "assignment" as there is often a need to counteract the "fear-inducing" proclamations that are made by the CDC. This happened during the days of the Conference. The CDC released a "declaration" that this avian flu has the potential to take 100 million lives since it is very dangerous and difficult to contain. At the Conference, we made a counter-proclamation that the avian flu would NOT take out 100 million lives, but that this thing be stopped in the name of the Lord.

Atlanta, in fact, has not walked much in its God ordained destiny as a spiritual CDC. Much of that is a consequence of a strong religious spirit that has taken the breath out of a gospel WITH POWER. This same spirit operated in "the church" here in Atlanta back in 1914-1915 and was basically responsible for throwing Maria-Woodworth Etter out of town. She had great and powerful healing meetings in the exact location where the Olympic Centennial Park was built. However, while the sick and needy were being touched, delivered, and healed at her meetings, "the church" conspired to have her 'railroaded' out of town. She was a woman, her meetings drew both races, and she operated in the power of the Holy Spirit. These were 3 things that the religious church was not prepared to accept.

I believe a very important step in recovering Atlanta's destiny took place at this July Conference. Cal Pierce came into town as an apostle of the Healing movement and it was very important that we properly received him- especially in the light of our ancient history. Before Cal preached even his first message, we asked him and his wife Michelle to come forward. We had 3 Atlanta pastors (Mark Lawson, Rocky Thompson, and me) stand in the gap for all Atlanta pastors as we washed their feet and welcomed them into the city of Atlanta. We repented for Atlanta ever having said NO to those who represent the healing work of the Lord and we invited the Holy Spirit to come with His full destiny for Atlanta as a Healing Center of the world. It was a very powerful moment and the presence of the Holy Spirit was very strong. Clearly, a shifting in the spirit realm was taking place.

VISION OF THE LORD PAINTING

During one of the nights of the conference, I had a vision of the Lord painting on an easel with an artist's brush. My attention was drawn to the Sun he had just painted because it had red wings. Immediately, Malachi 4:2 came to me, "But to you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness will arise with healing in His wings; And you will go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves." I then saw a jersey of the Brazilian national soccer team.

From this, I believe that the Lord is saying that there is a worldwide explosion of healing that is being released and that the timing factor of it is NOW. Brazil is the defending World Champion of soccer and presently ranked number one in the world. This speaks to me that "healing" is about to be the top-ranked manifestation of God's power around the world. The "red wings" represent a timing factor as well as a reminder that "by His stripes we were healed." Red has been THE spiritual color of the last year. Mars is known as the "red planet" and it has spent the last year being the closest it has ever been to the planet earth. This August, it will be the closest ever and August 26th will be the day where it should appear to our naked eye even as large as the moon. A significant 'other' "red factor" of the last year is the Boston Red Sox winning the World Series, thereby breaking the oft talked about "Bambino curse" that had been on them since 1918. Interestingly enough, it was in 1918 that the Influenza Pandemic was released that caused 20 to 40 million people to die within one year.
I believe that the Red Sox's win prophesied of the lifting of a curse that we have lived under. That curse has been a curse of powerlessness. The "Bambino" was Babe Ruth and he was known as the greatest power hitter of all time. Since Boston had traded him away, they were believed to be under a "curse of powerlessness" up until 2004. The Passion of the Christ was the "red movie" of the year as it reminded us all that Christ had in fact paid a severe and complete price that was provision for every disease or sickness as well as for every city and country of this world.
So, the last year has been the general season for the "Sun of righteousness arising with healing in His wings," but August 2005 is the specific "kairos" moment for a release of His "Red Wings of Healing" upon all the earth. That is why it was important and strategic that Cal Pierce was at this Healing Rooms conference the last week of July in the city of Atlanta. And, from this spiritual CDC (and E!), we make a proclamation that a new explosion of healing has been released to the world! May we now go forth and "grow fat like stall-fed calves"--fat with the healing anointing that is released to us through His red wings of healing.

The San Francisco Warning

On January 8, 2005, a nuclear submarine called the U.S.S San Francisco ran into an uncharted undersea mountain. The submarine was going at the high speed of 56 kilometers per hour. As a result, there was 1 dead and 23 seriously hurt from this collision and the U.S.S San Francisco sustained significant damage. It was able to make it back to safety and thankfully the collision did not activate the submarine's nuclear capability. I believe that there is a serious warning that we are to receive from this natural incident.

I believe that this warning is for the city of San Francisco. The fact that it was a submarine in this situation refers to that which is hidden, such as hidden behavior. The submarine was going a very fast speed of 56 kilometers per hour. Similarly, it seems the "underground behavior" of homosexuality has hit a very fast speed and shows no slowing down. Prophetically, the number 5 represents grace and 55 is the number of "double grace." By going 56 kilometers per hour, the submarine was going even beyond what double grace will allow for. In other words, it is a speed that has exceeded grace and thus steps into judgment.

What I hear the Lord saying is that the "outcry against homosexuality" is very, very strong from the city of San Francisco. I believe that there is an approaching response from heaven to this "outcry." There is an "uncharted undersea mountain" that is about to bring a significant shaking and collision that will bring casualties. God's judgment has been "uncharted" and has not been foreseen as a possibility. The "outcry" is something that I hear like a shriek in the spirit and, despite the work of the believers of this city, this cry has not been strong enough to compensate for the degradation that is the result of the sinful behavior of homosexuality.

Acceptance of homosexuality has been rampant throughout the nation and even in the Church. The evidence that we as a Church have not sufficiently done our work of reconciliation is that homosexuality continues to expand and broaden its influence even into our church circles. A high level of secret homosexuality even among ministers and church leaders has also played a major part in 'loosing' negative things upon the nation. We as Christians can "bind" and "loose" not just with our words, but with our behavior. Whenever we observe the phenomena of "losing ground" in issues such as this, we can be assured that it increases creation's outcry to the Lord forcing a divine intervention of judgment. I believe those days are upon us.

I believe the first judgment upon San Francisco will, in fact, be a "grace" judgment and not a devastating judgment. It will be a sign that San Francisco is greatly in trouble for a coming secondary judgment. This will be a sign to Christians in the Bay area that they are "under the gun" and have limited time to cancel the edict against the city. Angels will be closely working with true believers and will begin to steer them out of the city as the approaching severe judgment nears.

I believe the second judgment will be as if a nuclear weapon had gone off. It will be severe and devastating and it will be an allowed judgment from God. Even this judgment will be a "grace" judgment because a message of repentance will be broadcast out to the rest of the Church and the nation. What happens in San Francisco will just be the beginning of coming judgments against homosexuality. The Lord is coming to judge ALL sin, but I believe there will be an initial targeting of abominations. Many will not heed the judgments, but many will in fact recognize the voice of the Lord.

It will also be amazing how there will even be 'precision' attacks against the sin of homosexuality. These will be judgments of God and they will be specifically targeted against sources and purveyors of homosexual material and agendas. Cities with high homosexual populations such as Houston and Atlanta must deal with that which cries out to heaven for intervention. This is a serious and imbedded problem--and God will soon speak much louder into the situation.

God Greatly Loves Homosexuals

There must be a clear understanding though of the difference between homosexuality and those who are classified as homosexuals. God has great grace and great love for those who have struggled with wrong internal pulls. Homosexuality is the "cancer" and those called homosexuals are the "cancer patients." It is, in fact, God's great love for the cancer patients that motivates Him to reveal His hatred of the cancer. It is only those who identify too closely with their "cancer" that need to be afraid of He who comes to deal with the "cancer."

We as Christians have also greatly failed at loving the 'homosexual' while still hating the sin. We will have to learn to do a better job. It is a major key for us being able to bring deliverance and restoration to those under this oppression. We must be aware of the fact that, in many cases, to be caught in homosexuality is, in itself, a pretty good sign of having been abused in some significant and damaging way. (However, it is not the only way) Every homosexual is worthy of great compassion. Every homosexual has an awesome divine destiny that is available to him or her. I believe that was possibly the first thing that Satan stole from them – their purpose. This is the reason many are often left with no other purpose but to try to legitimize the sin and behavior that now grips them. They have nothing else.

Therefore, we need a powerfully anointed and prophetic Church to help deliver and then bring purpose to those whose very identity has been stolen by the enemy. May the Lord help us through this season where He will be exposing, judging, and evicting the sin of homosexuality.

  You Have Not Passed This Way Before

Prophetically, it seems we have come to the time of Joshua chapters 3, 4, and 5. It is an unprecedented season for the Body of Christ right now. Even the word "unprecedented" will continue to be the descriptive word of what the Lord is going to do in the coming days. I believe there is a major transition that has just taken place in the spirit-realm and it is important that we understand this new season.

The title of this word comes from Joshua 3:4, where it says, "...for you have not passed this way before." The context of this passage is when the people of Israel were in front of the Jordan River right before they entered into the Promised Land. The Promised Land was the land that the Lord ALWAYS wanted to give to them. This was the land that He had more passion to share with His people Israel than they had to receive it. It was a land that flowed with "milk and honey" and contained every type of provision and abundance. It was a land of blessing and conquering and the only requirement for the Israelites to inhabit it was to believe. Entering the Promised Land did not require warring, interceding, fasting, unity, or even holiness. As good as all these things are, one can have them and still not enter the "Promised Land," individually or corporately. Scripture never says even once that Israel did not enter their Promised Land for lack of unity, lack of holiness, lack of interceding, or lack of fasting. It was the "evil heart of unbelief" that kept them out in the wilderness for 40 years and threatened to wipe out their whole nation.

The second major sin of the Israelites was murmuring. The root meaning of murmuring is "to refuse to go on." This also kept them from entering the Promised Land. In our lives, murmuring can actually become a reason for why we are not moving forward. I believe unbelief and murmuring are still the two primary destroyers of destiny today and they seem to be rampant even in "Spirit-filled" circles and among prophetic people. We ascribe reasons other than unbelief as to why our nation and our churches are in trouble. This posting is to hopefully challenge our unbelief and to release some prophetic words that I believe express the heart of God for this time and season.


GOD'S PEOPLE ARE BEING RELEASED UPON THE NATIONS AS A TSUNAMI

We have already entered into the season where the first "tsunami" release of God's people upon the nations has occurred. It seems it has just occurred but nevertheless it has certainly already occurred. Naturally, tsunami waves come in multiples and I believe God has already released the first wave of His people upon the nations and we will see nations transformed like never before. I believe the "landscape" of specific nations will change as dramatically as the actual landscape of the beaches of Indonesia was changed from the effects of the recent tsunami. We will marvel at the awesome work of God among the nations. At this point, most of us don't even have a grid for what has already begun to take place spiritually. God is going to do exceedingly abundantly beyond what we can even imagine. We have so limited the Holy One of Israel and we will be astounded at what He does THROUGH us in these last days. He is looking for men and women of faith who will be the "tsunami waves" that will transform cities and nations in what I believe will look like an "overnight" process.

" Now it shall come to pass in the latter days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it." Isaiah 2:2

I believe this is a process into which we have now entered and will remain in continually. As it says in Isaiah 9:7, "...of the INCREASE of His government and peace there will be no end." We have got to upgrade our "end-time theology" and make it represent true Biblical theology. At NO time does God's rule and reign on earth decrease. His reign will continue to be an ever-increasing intervention and take over. In the latter days, the Lord's authority and power will be established above all lesser authorities and powers.

Let's look at an application of this concept in reference to the governments of nations. The "mountains" in this scripture represent systems of government and authority. These systems have now entered a time of systemic failure on a world-wide scale. These failed mountains are systems of justice that do not bring justice, educational systems that do not educate, and economic systems that do not produce economic welfare. As these and all other human-based systems fail, a door becomes open for God's people to shine. We truly are called to be the light of the world and even to be lights that allow our nations to survive and prosper in overall difficult times. That is why God is releasing a tsunami of His prepared people upon the nations at this time. These people are those with a spirit of Caleb who are able to see very large enemies as insignificant and even "bread" for us. These are those who are more caught up in the size of God than in the size of the children of Anak (see Numbers 13 and 14 for the full story).

Most of us are still "grasshoppers" in our own minds with a "grasshopper-size" God. Accordingly, we have "grasshopper-size" results. This first wave that has already been released is going to challenge our thinking and our behavior. We will have a chance to be a second tsunami wave upon the nations if our minds are awakened to the new day and season that we live in. If not, we will take another spin through the wilderness to get the rest of our unbelief and murmuring dealt with. Meanwhile, an army of Esthers, Josephs and Daniels will be released upon the nations and they will be the lights of these nations that will help the people navigate and thrive during potentially dark days. Many governments are presently being divinely orchestrated into a state of dramatic transformation. The "unprecedented" will be the "norm" for these days. God does not save up the worst for the end rather He saves up the best for the end. We are greatly privileged to live during these end times as long as we truly are "believers."

GOD IS RELEASING A TSUNAMI OF HONEY UPON HIS PEOPLE

Those that are in this initial wave upon the nations are first receiving a tsunami of honey from heaven that carries the unprecedented favor of God. This "tsunami" of honey is to make us irresistible in our fields of influence. It is to promote us to a place where our light shines not just for ourselves but over entire corporations, universities, industries, cities, states, regions, and nations. In Psalms 2:8, God challenges us to "Ask of Me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance." This is what God is focusing on. Most of us have loved this scripture but have not thought of a practical application of it. I believe we are going to see the manifestation of God giving us literal nations so that we can bring the light of heaven and the rule of His Kingdom to these places. It is not a "pie in the sky" mentality – we will see it fulfilled and we will be in awe at just how it is fulfilled. God is releasing a tsunami of honey upon His people OF FAITH and He will allow them to be the manifestation of the mountain of the Lord that is established above all other mountains.

"And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only and not be beneath..." Deut. 28:13

"Then you shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between the one that serves God and one who does not serve Him." Mal.3:18

It has always been God's plan that His people should be "the head and not the tail." He has always wanted to abundantly bless us in every facet of our lives. He has always wanted to take us to a land that flows with milk and honey. What took Israel 40 years, He desired to do in just days. It took 1 day to get Israel out of Egypt, but 40 years to get Egypt out of Israel. The "slave" and "tail" mentality so permeated them that they corporately wanted to stone Caleb for suggesting that there is a God who wants to give us cities and nations and wants us to live in every kind of abundance. They were so content with the minimal manifestations of the supernatural that they thought they were more "mature" to just accept what was wilderness or desert provisions. The manna was a supernatural provision from heaven, but it represented in measure what God wanted to provide in fullness. The manna was a wafer with a taste of honey. The land He wanted to give them was one that flowed with milk and honey.

"Now the manna ceased on the day after they had eaten of the produce of the land: and the children of Israel no longer had manna, but they ate the food of the land of Canaan that year." Josh. 5:12

Having a "tail" mentality goes with eating that which has just a "taste of honey." Our testimonies of how the Lord has helped us pay a bill at the last moment are legitimate testimonies, but I believe they are testimonies that coincide with wilderness living. We are testifying that God still provides manna in the desert, but it is a desert testimony. We are living under a "survivor" mentality when God's promise is "to be the head and not the tail; above only and not beneath." He is challenging us to disciple NATIONS and we are just hoping for our daily "minimal" provision that comes from God. Manna was the supernatural provision from God for those who were bound by a "tail" mentality. Once they entered into the Promised Land, the manna ceased. It ceased because this land now flowed with honey. Provision and favor was "off the charts" in the Promised Land.

God really does want to showcase us before the world, but especially before principalities and powers. He wants there to be a discernible difference between those who serve God and those who do not. He wants it to be discernible at every level. He wants us to walk in "the greater works than Jesus," but He also wants us to be flowing with MILK. Milk speaks of abundance. It literally meant the fatness of the land.

The Promised Land was a picture of two contrasting peoples and situations. The "unbelievers" of the land were in terror, horror, despair, and want. The "believers" of the same land were at peace and in great abundance of every kind. The fear of the "believers" fell upon the "unbelievers." The "believers" were no longer those being wagged. They were now the "head" and every move they made caused the "tail" to react and respond. We are so used to being the reactionary army to every trend of the world that it is going to require a transformation of our minds to realize that God has made us to be the trend setters.

Up until the Jordan River, it was necessary to think defensively. From the Jordan River on, it is all offense. We are now anointed to score. We are anointed to be projected above the mountains of this world. The tsunami will carry men of faith because that is who the 'honey' is falling on. If you are thinking of being on the offense of God's Kingdom, the honey will fall on you. Doors that have been closed repeatedly will suddenly swing open as God's irresistibility carries you to places and spheres that you have never been. People who have always said NO will begin to say YES. The Land we are entering is a different land. It flows with honey. If you see and understand the Kingdom of God, you are about to be projected and promoted to places where the light He has placed in you can disciple even your nation. YOU HAVE NOT PASSED THIS WAY BEFORE!!

HE'S LOOKING FOR UNITY...OF FAITH!

One of the most valued yet least understood pursuits of the church has been this thing called "unity." We know it was the passion of Jesus' heart in John 17 and we know that there is commanded blessing wherever it is present (Psalms 133). I say that it is not very well understood because we have viewed it as an end in itself. I suppose it does carry a measure of blessing as a direct pursuit, however, the unity that God is looking to really explode upon is the unity OF FAITH (Ephesians 4:13), not just unity for the sake of unity. In Numbers 13 and 14, we find the entire nation of Israel in unity except for 2 apparent 'rebels.' The entire nation was in unity in their belief that it was "unwise" to go to the Promised Land. They were so united in heart and feeling that unless God Himself had showed up in His Glory, they would have stoned Caleb for believing differently. Though they were in "unity," there was going to be no commanded blessing on them. It was a unity of doubt, a unity of unbelief, and a unity of mediocrity. Except for Moses' intervention, God would have instantly wiped them out as a nation for this "unity." They had slandered the Promised Land that was the passion of God's heart and this greatly displeased Him. Their unity displeased Him because it was not OF FAITH.

Yet, He did find a "unity of faith." That was Caleb and Joshua. It was only 2 who had this unity, but God determined to honor the unity OF FAITH. All His promises and blessings He reserved for these 2 young men and those who would later follow them. All those who were of 20 years old and above would first wander and then die in the desert. They would still get the evidences of God's supernatural provision, but it would not be the fullness of what He had a passion to share. There would still be manna from heaven and there would be water from the rock, yet neither one of these expressions of the supernatural was the full passion of God's heart. The land He had for them flowed with milk and honey. It was also full of rivers and brooks (Deut. 8:7). Unity that is not based in faith is not what God has a passion for. The big question of the last days is not "will the Lord find unity." The question put forth by the Lord in Luke 18:8, was "when the Son of Man comes, will He really find FAITH on the earth?"

God is attracted to faith because it is a relational virtue. Faith works by love. It tells Him that we see how big He is and, even more importantly, how good He is. This knowledge of His power and His awesome-ness makes us very attractive to Him. It is a perfume that 'seduces' His heart and makes us irresistible to Him. If we can unite around faith to enter and take the Promised Land, we will really connect to an unprecedented "commanded blessing." People of faith who unite to see their cities and nations transformed by the power of God will receive the tsunami of God's 'honey' that will propel them from being the "tail" to being the "head." It will be His good pleasure to do this and it will greatly bless Him to do so.

ABOUT THE UNITED STATES

It is important that we stop speaking and prophesying judgment on our own land. It is the Lord's heart to greatly bless our country at this time. I prophesy that blessing upon our country. I do not believe that God wants to judge us because our courts voted to remove Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. We can blame our justice department, but I believe the real failure lies in the church's inability to access enough healing power. If we had even one person with the anointing of Peter or John, that person could have gone to Terri Schiavo and said "such as I have, I give to thee" and raised her up. What our courts decided only mattered because we have not begun to enter our "Promised Land" of the greater works. I believe the Terri Schiavo situation only accented our powerlessness as believers. How ironic that her last week living was Resurrection Week.

Scripture declares that if the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us, it could cause dead things to live. It seems many of our "prophets" and intercessors are being spokesmen of doubt and unbelief. I believe we could cease 90% of our intercession and repentance if we would just BELIEVE what God has already promised for our country. He really is looking for BELIEVERS. He is brooding over America to bless her in an unprecedented manner. He has already answered the intercession and acts of repentance. Now He is just looking for those who will believe and proclaim the good things that He is doing and will do. We can not make ourselves "squeaky clean" enough to deserve God's mercy and grace over our country. I believe that is a false burden of righteousness that we really can not achieve. Romans 4:3 says that Abraham BELIEVED God and it was accounted to him for righteousness. That is what the Lord is looking for.

I strongly believe the Lord is going to bless our nation during these years. Revival fires will spring up all over and we will have the greatest harvest of souls in the history of our country. First Nation peoples will see more souls come to the Lord in the next 5 years than in the last 100 years combined. Although our government still owes them apologies and various acts of restitution, we will still see great help from heaven come upon reservations all across this land. Those who go to fan these flames of revival will really meet up with a powerful God. Go for it!

I also believe that a major transformation of leadership is presently taking place in the black/African-American community. God is raising up anointed black leaders that will speak and prophesy life into the hearts of 'dead' communities and cities. They will be voices of heaven that will carry the Lord's 'honey' and they will begin to capture the entire hip-hop/gangster generation. The Lord will raise up unlikely 'prophets' from among the ranks of those who have formerly sung only of sex and violence.

In addition, I believe oil will not be a long-term problem for our nation because the Lord is going to help us in this area. It has actually been necessary for a season of high prices so that the House and Senate would approve measures that can help bring long-term relief. These measures would not have been approved and implemented with low oil prices. I believe that much oil will be discovered to sustain us as a nation. Also, another South American nation will discover an abundance of oil and form a desirable partnership with our country that will benefit both nations. There is much, much more to be prophesied and released upon our country but that will continue to come. Meanwhile, He is looking for men and women of faith. This is the time for us to shine and be the light of nations. We can not repent enough, fast enough, pray enough, or unify enough for us to overcome the deficiency of belief. If you are doing these things, let them be targeted toward breaking down unbelief and doubt. The righteous are about to shine as bright as the Sun and He paid the price for it all on the cross. Arise and Shine for the glory of the Lord is risen upon you!

"Anoint Your Eyes That You Might See."

"…and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see." Rev. 3:18

I recently returned from a trip to Ireland where I was given this scripture out of Revelation as a prophetic "hologram" of truth. By prophetic hologram, I mean that the focus is not the "face value" interpretation of this scripture, but a hidden truth that is seen when the Holy Spirit's light shines on it.

THE TWO "I's" ARE THE "TWO EYES"

I was shown that this is a word for now and that it is actually already playing out. In this passage from Revelation, it is the Laodicean church that is being addressed. This church was the lukewarm church that did not know her true desperate state. Many have called the time we live in as the "Laodicean age" as we find ourselves deeply mired in a substandard expression of Christianity. The antidote for this horrible state of being is to have our eyes anointed with eye salve that we might see. This, of course, refers to the fact that we must have the prophetic ministry in its proper place of priority for a church without the prophetic is a church without eyes that can see. I believe we have operated from a perspective of "canned" Christianity and God is restoring the vibrancy that comes from fresh revelation that is seen and released particularly through prophetic ministry. However, in this instance, I would like to share a new piece of revelation that was shown to me regarding a different application of this scripture. In this application, the "eyes" speak of two "I's" – Israel and Ireland.

ISRAEL AND IRELAND ARE THE "EYES" THAT NEED ANOINTING
Much has been spoken and understood about our debt to Israel and to the Father of our faith--Abraham. For the most part, an established truth that most believers now understand to some degree is that, whatever God does in these end-times, it is going to include some glorious work in Israel. However, I now see that Ireland also carries a very special place in God's heart and, much like Israel, Ireland will also be a key player in the end-time picture of things.

THE FAITH OF ABRAHAM AND THE FAITH OF PATRICK

Even as Israel is still the "apple of God's eye" because of the faith of Abraham, I believe Ireland is also revered in God's eyes because of the faith and life of Patrick (called St. Patrick) some 1500 years ago.

The "Holy Bible" is a closed canon of Holy Spirit infused truth. Yet, I feel that there is an unfolding "bible" of history and honor that continues even still. I believe that in this "bible," God continues to honor men of supreme faith and courage. I believe that He has continued to enter into covenants with His men and women of faith throughout the ages. Written into some of these covenants are great promises for their cities, regions, or nations. As I was in Ireland, I was lead to understand the great appreciation that Heaven has for Patrick and that it is similar to the standing of Abraham.

Patrick arrived in Ireland when it was a most evil, demonized nation of druidic tribes. Operating in incredible faith, favor, and the power of God, Patrick spiritually subdued virtually the entire island of Ireland. Hearing God, raising the dead, and even having wild animals subject to him are just some of the evidences of the grace in which he walked. There is controversy as to what other legends of St. Patrick are in fact 'provable,' but, apart from that, he was undoubtedly an awesome man of God to whom we owe a great debt of gratitude.

There are many sources from which to read about the life of Patrick, but I can highly recommend the 4th and 5th chapters of Thomas Cahill's book, How the Irish Saved Civilization. In this book, the author makes a case for the Irish having saved not only Christianity but also Civilization itself. It is a book with "big words" that must be read slowly but it is rich in its historical perspective. From it and other sources, we can see that we might not have had any evidence of western Christianity today if Patrick and his subsequent Irish spiritual sons and daughters had not saved it.

During Patrick's time, the barbarians had overrun Rome and had destroyed almost every trace of scripture and Christian history throughout the whole empire. For scores of years, it was only Ireland that held the written scriptures and also the physical evidence of true Christianity. The rest of the known world was in the darkness of the Middle Ages. Christianity was then "reintroduced" to the world by the spiritual sons and daughters of Patrick who risked everything to carry the written word as well as its manifestation from the tiny island of Ireland to other parts of the world.

First, they labored intensely for years in copying the written word. Then they sailed on ships, boats, and even rafts everywhere to carry the gospel back to the uncivilized parts of the world. For a period of about 300 years, it was only Ireland that carried a real "pulse" of Christianity. The more one studies and investigates, the more one will realize that we owe that nation a great debt of gratitude. When I was in Ireland, I was told that only 1% of the population is truly born-again. Yet, the memory of Patrick still reverberates throughout the entire land with virtually every town and village claiming some original connection with Patrick.

I believe we are coming upon the day when the Lord will honor some agreements that He made with Patrick in relation to Ireland. I believe that we will see Ireland again become a shining spiritual light for the world and that, once again, missionaries from this land will carry a pure fire to the four corners of the earth. Ireland will turn to "Fire-land" as the Lord honors the faith of Patrick. Ireland is still full of tourist displays of what is called "the breastplate of St. Patrick." Following is one of the versions of that declaration made by this great man of God.

"I arise today through the strength of Christ's birth with His baptism. Through the strength of his crucifixion with His burial. Through the strength of His resurrection with His ascension."

"I arise today through the strength of Heaven. Against every cruel merciless power that may oppose my body and soul."

"Christ to shield me today. Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ on my right, Christ on my left, Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit down, Christ when I arise, Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me, Christ in the heart of everyone who speaks of me, Christ in every eye that sees me, Christ in every ear that hears me."


IT'S TIME TO ANOINT THE EYES

I believe the Lord is saying that it is time we go to these two nations and anoint these lands to fulfill their destiny. Something that is awakened in these nations will then serve as an impetus and anointing to touch the entire world. He is waiting for us to "anoint our eyes with eye salve so that we might see." A "holy invasion" of these two lands has already begun as many have already felt the Lord's heart to anoint them. It is time to increase that invasion and to do it more intentionally. We can bless the lands and call forth their destinies. Through our prayer, we can anoint the lands with "eye salve" to see.

If you go to Ireland, I suggest you travel up north to the "Downpatrick" area and find time to lay on the stone where Patrick's bones are buried. I did this and felt like I received a significant impartation. I also strongly felt the Lord's heart for Patrick and his beloved Ireland. In Belfast, you may sense a similar spiritual war environment as you do in Jerusalem. It seems like peace and reconciliation is as impossible there as it is in Jerusalem. One can sense the presence of strong principalities–both good and bad-- hanging over this city.

Victor is the angel over Ireland and Michael is the angel over Israel. There is something very similar about these two majestic angels. They will not end up presiding over devastated and destroyed lands. Instead, they have been entrusted with a victorious assignment. It is a tough assignment, but one that will be an awesome testimony before principalities and powers. Two lands with a very distinct and even stereotyped populace. Two lands that have suffered much, but will again release into the world a major end-time anointing. I believe Irish and Jewish prophets will be given revelation about some of the key end-time details and strategies. There will be a manifestation on several levels of these prophets being the "eyes" to the Body of Christ. Their "eyes" will cause the rest of the hearing church to see things that have been hidden from the beginning of time. I believe the mysteries of heaven and even mysteries of hell will be revealed. Strategies for cities and nations will be given to nondescript and decidedly "ordinary" men and women of God from these countries. I also believe mighty women of God in the spirit of Brigid (Ireland) and Deborah (Israel) will rise up and be powerful champions of God. He will continue to choose the small, weak, and foolish things of this world to confound the wise. Selah.

Super Bowl warning correction

My daughter just called me from home and told me I misunderstood one of the bits of information. The attack was coming from an island named Guyana and not Diana. She said that it was also an attack from "Bombay". There must be some code to figure out on that as Guyana is not an island and Bombay is a city in India. However the rest of the dream was so specific that I will tell that part also. Blessings

Super Bowl Attack Warning

One of my daughters, who is very prophetic, just told me a very vivid dream that she had last night. She said that there was a Super Bowl day attack on Florida that was known that it was going to occur. She was hearing the news that there was a major attack that was expected as there was evidence that the security of "the tributaries" around the Florida and Georgia borders had been compromised. It was very serious but the news was saying that they had hope to stop it. In the dream my daughter was staying at a couple's house whose names mean Peace and Kindness. My daughter had not told me her dream because she just thought it was a "bad dream". But then it was just this afternoon that she found out that the Super Bowl was actually in Jacksonville, Fla (she is not very sports minded). She then went to cnn.com and the picture that actually showed up was a picture of the waterways around Jacksonville and that there was high security patrolling. She then called me a alarmed and said "Dad, you got to get somebody to help me pray, this is very serious." I believe that this can be dealt with by agreement in prayer as that is why my daughter was staying at the house of Peace and Kindness. Yet this is so specific I feel responsible to get it out to as many people as possible. Please pass this on and stand with me that this thing be uncovered and stopped. Of interest also, is that in her dream the attack was coming from some island named, Diana. Again, in the spirit, Diana is a serious world principality. Blessings

What George W. Bush is Anointed to Do

On the first Sunday of the year (2005), I shared with my church how the Lord had shown me that President Bush's specific assignment and anointing was hidden in a "hologram" in Isaiah 45. If you remember looking at the back of cereal boxes and seeing holograms, you may recall that there was the central picture, but when you turned the box in another light, a different picture showed up. Then, if you turned the box in another light, yet another picture would appear. Our amazing God has hidden many "hologram" truths throughout scripture where specific passages carry a central meaning and fulfillment, then, when the Holy Spirit casts a new light on them, they show a new picture and something that is applicable for today. The word is ever alive with new prophetic insights for the day always waiting to be discovered. As I turned to Isaiah 45, I felt like I saw a specific assignment and call that was designed for George W. Bush. It was like a hidden Bible code and it was clear to me where it started and where it ended. I will quote the part of the chapter that came alive for me as a "hologram" of truth and how I knew where it was meant to end. I believe that it is very important for us as believers to know specifically what our President has been assigned and anointed to do. I believe that he already knows this, but we must also know this and not be found in opposition to his mandate.

Isaiah 45: 1. "Thus says the Lord to His anointed, To Cyrus (George W. Bush), whose right hand I have held--to subdue nations before him, And loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors, so that the gates will not be shut;" 2. "I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze, And cut the bars of iron." 3. "I will give you the treasures of darkness, And hidden riches of secret places, That you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel," 4. "For Jacob My servant's sake, And Israel My elect, I have even called you by name;"


#1- "Thus says the Lord to His anointed"

The first important point is that the Lord has specifically ANOINTED President Bush for this time and season.

#2- "To Cyrus (George W), whose right hand I have held"

The Lord is holding Bush's right hand. In another version, it uses the word "grasp" instead of "held". This is not a romantic holding of the hand. This is a grasping of the right hand of war to strengthen it for war. President Bush is like a modern day King David and he has been called out and strengthened for war. This is NOT the call of the church because it carries a totally different, but parallel, mission. Civil authority carries the right, and even the responsibility, to judge lawlessness and enforce peace. There is no peace without peace enforcers and this truth of course is greatly overlooked by anti-war demonstrators. Bush is called a "war-monger" by his critics--and they are actually right. He has been commissioned for war. The end result will be just what the demonstrators are looking for--a season of peace. This peace will be there because it will have been "enforced" by a man whose right hand will have been grasped and strengthened by the Lord. As believers, we may or may not like Bush's willingness to go to war. However, it is very important to understand that this is actually what he is anointed to do.

#3- "To subdue nations before him"

Bush is not only anointed for war, but this anointing is specifically "to subdue nations". If you are wondering if he will succeed in Iraq or anywhere else he is going, I believe the answer is yes. It may not turn into a utopian situation anywhere, but rogue nations of terrorism will be "subdued." Afghanistan was the first and the Lord has a list for Bush to target. As believers, we can greatly assist this process by agreeing with the Lord. Through prayers, intercession, and prophetic decrees, we should target the evil powers that are behind the faces of wickedness. Most of the nations that Bush will subdue will never have to be invaded or attacked. They will learn a level of righteousness by what is taking place in Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. George W. Bush will not be popular on earth for what he has been called by heaven to execute. However, even those involved in the world's distorted history will look back and honor him for his courage and steadfastness.

#4- "And loose the armor of kings"

I believe Bush has also been specifically anointed to disarm rogue nations that have or are seeking nuclear capability. These include Iran and North Korea. We should be preparing even now with a massive prayer campaign against the forces of darkness in both these countries. What we don't win in prayer will have to be bloodily won in battle. I feel like Iran in particular can be flipped over into compliance through ongoing targeted prayer and prophecy. Even within that country, there is a movement of intercession that is changing the heavens around them. Again, it is imperative that we as believers understand and agree with what the Lord is doing. We will see that the Lord is truly "grasping" Bush's hand and compelling him forward.

#5- "To open up before him the double doors"

It seems that God has given Bush two doors to walk through. One was the first election and the second door was this last election. There are many things related to "doubles" when associated with this President. He is the second George Bush to be President and it is his second term. He is also the father of twin daughters. Later on, we will examine yet another "double" in connection with him.

#6- "So that the gates will not be shut"

Bush was re-elected so the gates of righteousness will remain open. Psalms 118:19 says, "Open to me the gates of righteousness". Bush's first term was not long enough for what the Lord wants to do in our country. These gates need to remain open so that righteousness and justice may continue as a primary theme for the next four years. The theme of justice will be dominant over the next several years and I feel we will see a major shift in our Supreme Court in 2006. One way or the other, the Lord will bring change to those courts.

#7- "I will go before you and make the crooked places straight"

I believe this phrase refers to the fact that the Lord has anointed Bush to bring needed reform in many areas. A Webster's Dictionary definition of REFORM is "to amend or change by removing faults." Or, one could say, "to make crooked places straight." I believe the Lord is saying that He will help President Bush to implement needed reform in our nation. Bush is already talking about Social Security reform, tax reform, health reform, and legal reform. All these issues are in fact "crooked places" and need reformation. These reforms will all greatly strengthen the economy of our nation for long term. I believe this is one of God's priorities that shouldn't be a surprise since Satan's priority is to destroy our economy. I believe God wants our nation funded for war as well as a massive harvest of souls. One of these is the mission of our civil government and one is the mission of "the Church." I feel that the Lord will also financially spare and bless us so we can jointly (government and church) reach out to a world that will be increasingly hurt and devastated. We will jointly bring compassion and aid to a hurting world and this is part of our assignment. It is important for those who have been speaking or prophesying the collapse of our economy to stop doing so, as it is most definitely not the time for that. There will be a season that the god of mammon will have to be defeated and that may in fact entail the collapse of our economy. However, I believe this time is not that season for us as a country. The "Cyrus anointing" is often identified as an anointing to gain wealth. Therefore, it seems this season is a time for our nation to be strengthened economically. In the future, we will indeed be judged for our stewardship of this blessing, yet right now is the time for the blessing and not the judgment. This fact is to be applied to us as a nation and not necessarily at an individual level. Other issues and principles are in effect at the individual level.

#8- "I will break in pieces the gates of bronze"

Iraq will be subdued. At the time of this passage, Babylon had 100 gates of bronze and was considered impenetrable. As we know, rebuilt Babylon still exists as a city in Iraq. I believe that the Lord is saying that what looks like an impossible task will in fact be accomplished. I also believe there will be a spiritual application to this because demonic "gates of bronze" will be broken in pieces and many, many Iraqi people will come to the feet of Jesus.

#9- "And cut the bars of iron"

I believe North Korea will be another nation that will be confronted. Similar to how the "iron curtain" represented where communism was a stronghold, I believe that the "bars of iron" speak of North Korea. The word "cut" here is a Hebrew word gada which means "to fell a tree." I believe this refers to a regime change in North Korea. At some point, the tree of power will have to be felled and this can be added to the list of things President Bush has been strengthened to perform. This confrontation will be his most dangerous mission and the one with difficult overtones for us as a nation. Yet, he is anointed to "cut these bars." Our prayer cover and support can create the difference between great loss of life and a "simple" victory. A strong prayer and prophetic assault can cause that regime to dismantle from within. Or, we could be looking at a serious attack on our soil. Now is a good time to enjoin the spiritual battle toward victory.

#10- "I will give you the treasures of darkness"

We are about to have more oil made available to us. I believe that within this "hologram" of truth, the "treasure of darkness" represents oil. It has been appropriately called "Black Gold" since it is dark in color and also comes from the deep. The enemy has attempted to target our economy both directly and through an attack on our oil supply. I believe he will fail in both strategies as the Lord will sustain us. I stated several months ago that oil for $37 a barrel by inauguration time was a "prophetic possibility" if we agreed in prayer about it. Even though that goal was not reached, several key factors have occurred. At the time I spoke that word, oil was about $56 a barrel and was projected to go "up to $70" by this summer. What happened was oil did surprisingly go down to as low as $41 a barrel as "unexpected reserves were discovered." Even though it has bounced back up a little, the projection is now for oil prices to dip to between $35-$40 later in the year. Even these projections have not taken into account what the Lord will still do to give us the "treasures of darkness." Alaska is loaded with oil. I have also seen a vision of the center of the United States being like a donut hole of oil. I think some previously "dry" oil wells are going to surge with oil. Similarly, this is also a prophetic picture of what God will do in the spirit as He restores many spiritual dry wells. I believe there will also be new technologies and even new types of fuel that will come to light and also be "treasures of darkness."

#11- "And hidden riches of secret places"

In relation to this, I believe there will also be economic surprises of blessing. This connects with the Lord having surprises for this country during this season. He uses the words "hidden" and "secret" and these speak of His desire to pleasantly surprise us in various fashions. I know this will surprise some of the "America haters," but the Lord loves this country and desires good things for us as a nation. The Light of this country is still greater than the Light of any other nation on earth and the Lord has taken note of that. He doesn't judge a nation for the presence of evil, but rather for the lack of righteous representation (see the story about Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis chapters 18 & 19). We still have 500,000 missionaries abroad and we are funding 90% of all evangelism efforts around the world. I believe we will see many economic blessings for our country manifested during President Bush's second term. I'm hearing the words, "a modern day gold-rush." We will see how that plays out.

#12- "That you may know...I,the Lord who call YOU by name"

I feel like the Lord says for the first time "I call YOU by name" as He addresses George W. Bush. I will wait until a couple phrases down in this passage to readdress this when the Lord says it again.

#13- "For Jacob's... sake and Israel My elect"

The Lord has an overriding and encompassing care and interest for Israel. He has strengthened Bush against Israel's enemies that would seek to destroy her before the Lord has wooed her back to Himself. America serves as the protector of Israel and both the archangel over America and the archangel over Israel (Michael) are in close connection. I feel that as long as America supports and defends Israel, she will be in a position of grace from God. She will, in fact, be considered an extension of Israel for as long as she does not abandon Israel. Israel will be an increasingly "burdensome stone to bear," (Zech.12:3) but it is not a prophetic certainty that we will abandon her. Zech. 12:4 states "THOUGH all nations of the earth gather against it." That is not a prophetic definite and it leaves the door open for even other nations. I believe that we will always defend Israel and see her as some extension of ourselves. I also believe the devil will try to sneak in an evil, anti-semitic presidential candidate many years down the line, but we can pray for that to not succeed. Meanwhile, let us pray for our President that he be endowed with wisdom from on high for dealing with the Middle East picture. It can be easy for us from our pulpits or computer desks to be unabashedly pro-Israel while not showing care for the Palestinian people. Yet, for a President, they are real people with real heart-rending difficulties that he can't ignore just because they are not Israel. We must even be careful not to make Arab Christians around the world feel like 2nd class citizens because they are not Jews. May God grant us a proper temperance even as we defend and support Israel.


#14- "I have even called YOU by name"

I believe this is where the hologram of insight ended. The Lord again says, "I have called YOU by name." For the purposes of this prophetic hologram, I asked the Lord why He would say twice, "I have called YOU." Some of you may be ahead of me at this point, but I heard the Lord say, "because I'm talking about DOUBLE YOU." If you still didn't get it – "DOUBLE YOU" is "W" as in George W. Bush! This was the extra double I was telling you about earlier. I actually got chills when the Lord showed me this and it was one of the coolest things that He has ever shown me. Our President was encoded in a prophetic hologram of Scripture and God had it turn out in English for an English speaking country! As you may be able to tell, I am very impressed with our God. He loves to be searched out and He rewards those who will diligently do so.

CONCLUSION:

I have a strange request in that I feel like I am supposed to ask any one who may be able to get this to President George W. Bush to do so. I believe that this will confirm many things to him and also release strength for him to do what he is called to do. This revelation came to me in a very supernatural way and I sense that it is not just my opinion. I also pray that this gets around to national intercessors and that it gives some insight on how to pray and intercede. May the Holy Spirit's presence accompany this word and impart all that may be missing.

The top space story of the year was the proximity of Mars to the earth. In my opening prophetic word of 2004, I went into much detail on this and what it means. Basically, it speaks of the Lord showing up as the Lord of Hosts and anouncing His intervention into the affairs of mankind. Red has been (and will continue to be) the color of the year. I have had several visions and third heaven experiences where the Lord is dressed in red. He is very animated and ready for action. The Lord has shown me that He is the man riding on a red horse from Zechariah 1:7. He has been standing among the myrtle trees (myrtle bushes traditionally correspond to jewish weddings) and He has great passion toward His Bride. The angels report to Him in Zech 1:11 that the earth is at peace - but it is a bad peace. It is the 'peace' of ignoring the Lord. In Zech. 1:15, the Lord says, "I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease". He has shown me that we are entering the season where the whole world will know about the man on a red horse and He is announcing it in several ways. Verse 14 gives insight on what is stirring Him up to action. "I am zealous for Jerusalem. And for Zion with great zeal." The Lord is stirred on behalf of His people and, just like Mars, he has never been closer.

Also, Judgment and Mercy are represented by the same color RED. His passion for His people is the Mercy and His fury at idols and false gods is bringing His judgment on those gods. Those who can not let loose of their false gods will obviously perish with them. The rest of Zech. 1 further states. "I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy, My house shall be built in it, says the LORD OF HOSTS." (v.16)..."The Lord will again comfort Zion, And will again choose Jerusalem." Jerusalem speaks of His Bride and is made up of BOTH "the Church" and natural Israel.

#1 Sports Story
The Boston Red Sox finally winning the pennant was the top sports story of the year. It was said to have broken a curse that had not allowed them to win the pennant since 1918. The curse supposedly came for trading a player named Ruth (Babe Ruth). The Red Sox 'miraculously' recovered from being down 3-0 against the Yankees and then went on to defeat the Cardinals on the same night of a total eclipse Red Moon. There was a lot of prophetic messaging going on that night. The Red Sox defeated the Redbirds (another name for the Cardinals) under a Red Moon and then celebrated at Busch(Bush) Stadium. Part of the prophetic message is the ongoing attention the Lord is placing on RED and how it relates to His activation and intervention into the affairs of men. Soon it will no longer be only a matter of faith as to IF there is a God. All will know that there is a sovereign God who, in conjunction with His ambassadors, is making Himself known in the affairs of men. Jesus prayed- actually prophesied- "Your Kingdom come!" The King is coming with His Kingdom and there will be a glorious demonstration of His might and power on earth BEFORE the rapture. The rapture is the honeymoon AFTER He has given us the nations as an inheritance and His Glory has covered the whole earth--through us. Those who walk in the redemptive power of the blood (i.e.The Red Sox) will bring dominion over the earth. This will be released through those who reclaim the truth of Ruth - that there are more sheaves to be received from resting at the feet of Boaz (Jesus) than from sweating in His fields. He GIVES the nations to those who will share His heart. Or He'll let us press on with our present 'sweaty' strategies that do yield SOME fruit.

Another significant point is that 1918 was the year when the great influenza outbreak killed millions. I believe that the 'curse' that is being broken on those who will walk in the power of the blood (Red Sox) is the curse of sickness and disease. There is something being broken in the spirit that is going to allow us to walk in greater and greater victory over sickness. Ultimately one of the ways it will be known who serves God and who does not (Mal.3:18) will be that those that are His will not be sick (Mal.4:2). His blood was shed not just to save us but "by His stripes we were healed". We operate under a 'curse' of doubt and unbelief until we get intimate enough with our Lord to realize He is the God of healing as well as the God of salvation.

#1 Movies Story
Mel Gibson shocked Hollywood by flying solo and producing a blockbuster film that has grossed more than 700 million dollars worldwide. This graphic, gut-wrenching movie has spread the message of redemption like never before. It raised the accountability of the whole world as they have now seen a visual proof that Jesus Christ paid an extreme price that covers EVERY redemptive need. As the Lord enters a season of intense intervention into the affairs of man, He reminds us all that He has a legal right to do so. He now rides on a red horse because it is the blood He shed at the cross that gives Him the supreme right to claim what He thoroughly paid for.

#1 Politics Story
The re-election of George W. Bush in the most important Presidential election in history was the top political story of the year. I will say more on this in upcoming bulletins, but we will continue to see how merciful the Lord has been to us in allowing Bush to remain another 4 years. What was amazing about this election was the unprecedented attention to Red States or Blue States and the mapped out view of the United States having overwhelmingly chosen to be RED. (I believe 82% of geographical U.S. chose Bush). Again, the attention to RED was very much the handiwork of heaven and it was the Lord adding a megaphone to His message of the year. Though all 50 states will live under the blessing of having elected the right man, it will be the "red states" that will have a specific added economic blessing from heaven on them for going in the right direction.

#1 Social Trend Story
The top social trend story of the year has been the 'unusual' attention given to the subject of religion and values. Even as the year 2004 began, there was much talk about the movie "The Passion." There were also many interviews on all major news services about Christ and Christianity. Then, to close the year out, there was an election that was said to be determined by those whose top concern was moral values. Gay marriages and abortion issues are very hot "buttons" on the present social landscape of America. This all translates into the fact that the Lord is laying out His present agenda and that agenda is Righteousness. This will continue to be a national focus and, in fact, will greatly increase over the coming years. Reagan's mantle on Bush will begin to manifest in a greater and greater emphasis of righteousness and justice. This will be displayed in many ways such as legal reform, tax reform and social security reform. In addition, there will be increased talk and awareness of the need for national moral reform to address issues such as pornography and the multiple facets of sexual exploitation. All these roads ultimately lead to God, as there can be no standard apart from an original Standard Giver. Collective humanistic "standards" will ultimately degenerate to the lowest common denominators which are lust, greed, and fear. We must understand that true standards originated and are upheld by the Divine Maker's standard. Since we were made in His image, we look to Him to determine the standards by which we live.


#1 Economy Story
The top economic story of the year was the surprising rebound of the economy. This was really a bigger story than it looks like as the liberal media did their utmost to put a negative spin on anything possible. However, the positive numbers were so conclusive that they could not even be 'spinned' into being anything other than an impressive, unexplained and unprojected recovery. The economic good news has even increased since the election and some of those 'good reports' seemed to have been held back in an attempt to influence the election. The week before Christmas, Wall Street and the Dow Jones hit their highest mark since the 9/11 attack--an attack which was specifically directed at our financial heart. Our economy will continue to have mercy. Many prophetic people believe that at some point our economy will take a severe hit, however, the time for that is not upon us and not God's present desire for us as a nation. If you are a believer, bless and not curse the economy. We are to fund world-wide revival as well as provide for ongoing and future massive relief efforts. We are to provide safeguarding for Israel as well as keeping power hungry dictators and evil rulers in check worldwide. Join me in releasing unprecedented financial blessing on our government. Let it come, Lord!

#1 Health Story
The top story as it relates to health and medicine was the discovery that the over-the-counter drugs that millions have been using are, in fact, very bad for you. The most recent report suggests that the use of Vioxx may have contributed significantly to the death of 139,000 people. This of course is on the heels of many studies showing the harmful side effects of other drugs such as celebrex. Additionally, there are more than 5 major drugs that are under serious review and seemingly on their way out. This will be a continuing trend and source of devastation for those who rely on medical "science." There are actually very few things that are truly medical "science." Once you get past issues such as the fracture of bones and how to set them--most of the rest of "science" is actually hypothesis and theories. The "science" of medically determining how you are misfunctioning is fairly helpful. However, the medical "science" on how to get better or heal is extremely deficient and will continue to be so until it recognizes the hand of God actively intervening. They have already gone so far this year to acknowledge (in several studies) that prayer for the sick seems to work in promoting a faster healing. That acknowledgement is some of their best "science." Please know that I am not criticizing the medical industry. They are doing the best they can. However, one of the Lord's names is Jehovah-Raaphah-- "the Lord my Healer." Particularly as believers, we must press through doubt, unbelief, and human wisdom to the place of seeing Him really reigning over His church as our Healer. We may need to go see The Passion one more time to understand the price He paid with His stripes so we might have Divine healing. He paid the price for EVERY disease and we must start contending for that which he paid. The fault lies squarely on the shoulders of a corporately UNbelieving church. The corporate unbelief causes us to need double faith even to partake of our own healing. Some of the people with the most healing faith are in fact sick and can't find anyone to believe with them. It's time to get back to the simplicity of our identity--BELIEVERS must BELIEVE!

#1 Weather Story
I already talked about the great earthquake and the tsunamis. That is, of course, the top weather story of the year. Once it is all done with, it may end up being the top story of the decade. The ramifications of this earthquake will continue to be felt for decades. It is unleashing an entire chain of events that is unprecedented for a natural disaster. There are other strategic earthquakes and volcanoes that are being set in motion from this great earthquake. It is almost as if one of the seals of the book of Revelation has been opened. 2004 was the year of the "40 year doors" being opened. This is the type of door that has been opened through this earthquake. Among the immediate consequences of this disaster is the fact that the war on terror will be easier. America's will-power to do what she is called to do in places like Iraq has been under steady erosion as the non-stop showing of every terroristic act on our TV's has weakened our resolve. The immensity of the tsunami tragedy has so dwarfed the "loss-of-life factor" going on in Iraq that it will actually greatly help our resolve to get done what we need to get done. As true history buffs know, what we faced in post-surrendering Germany and Japan was many times greater a challenge than what we face in Iraq. All along, this war in Iraq was meant to also be a spiritual battle. As long as there is war over there, we are to keep 'bombing' through prayers, intercession, prophetic decrees, and the releasing of angels. A principality is being dismantled and it is happening on two fronts--natural and spiritual. The American government has been anointed for war. The American church is anointed for prayer. Both are separate anointings from the Lord--but they are "anointings".

Conclusion
There are many things that the Lord has been showing me as it regards to 2005, but that will be in my next posting. I have been shown some things even many more years in the future and I will see what the Lord allows to be shared at this time. The trends of 2004 will continue but others will start also. "The rapture" is not right around the corner. It's not a matter of how many years must first go by. It is a matter a pre-rapture promises and prophecies being fulfilled. We are hundreds of verses away from fulfilling what must first take place. Prophecies over the nations have not been fulfilled. Prophecies over Israel have not been fulfilled. Prophecies regarding the Bride of Christ have not been fulfilled. Prophecies regarding the Army of God have not been fulfilled.Prophecies regarding the glory of the Lord covering the earth-ON HIS PEOPLE- have not been fulfilled. Could the Son Of God really have suffered so and shed His blood for a plan of cowardice and escape? Is not God's end time "movie" going to greatly outdo anything Hollywood has ever thought up? He's going to wrap up all things in Jesus and it's going to be awesome. He's going to rule over the nations and reveal His glory through His beautiful Bride. That can't happen if she is raptured prematurely. The order of Heaven has to come to earth by edict of Jesus. He said, "Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven". He really is not going to fail or be discouraged until He has established justice in the whole earth! (Is.42:4) May we all awaken to the awesome realities of what God is doing in our generation.

The Great Earthquake and 2004's Top Stories Part I

The world is still reeling from the great earthquake and subsequent tsunami's that were unleashed upon the Southeastern Asian nations on December 26. The 9.0 undersea earthquake is said to have rung the earth like a bell and caused it's rotation to speed up. The devastation and loss of life is so severe that it has pushed the Iraqi violence back to small news captions. Not only were 12 nations devastated to various degrees, by what hit their actual coastlines, but thousands of tourists from all over the world have also lost their lives.

So What is the Lord Saying?

At this time many can genuinely say that they have been seeing and prophesying a coming tsunami. Many have been seeing visions and dreaming dreams of an approaching tsunami and of course most have thought of it as a spiritual visitation that is coming. As it turns out, there is first a natural manifestation of something that we know is coming in the spirit realm. Seeing what a natural tsunami does is very sobering even to those of us excited about a coming spiritual tsunami. I think that there is definitely more thought now given to - "Just how do we prepare for a tsunami of His Glory?" I believe that is an appropriate question that needs to sink in into each of our spirits. But for now, I want to address the actual earthquake and how the Lord has been speaking of it's coming- and of it being centered in Indonesia.

Prophecies in 2004 Regarding Indonesia and Earthquakes

My first prophetic word of 2004 was titled, "2004: The Year of The 40-Year Doors". There are many things from this word that have come to bear during 2004, but I want to highlight a couple of specifics about earthquakes and about Indonesia. The following is a quote from that prophecy:

"Indonesia: The Mega Python Will Be Caged Another news story of this past week is the capture of the largest python ever on record. It is 49 feet and weighs over 900 lbs....This natural capture also speaks about what is to take place in the spirit in Indonesia this year. There will be a neutralizing of a ruling python in Indonesia and it is a year for the church to take giant steps...Indonesia, look up, your redemption draws nigh! " ...

"2004: A Year of Strategic Earthquakes I see... 'strategic' earthquakes. That is, there will be an accompanying message that corresponds to that particular earthquake. Often it will be specific to the actual epicenter of either the damage or the quake itself. OFTEN IT WILL BE TIED INTO THE EARTH ITSELF OF THAT REGION CRYING OUT FOR HELP AND REDEMPTION. THE WORLD IS RIPE FOR A SERIES OF "ONCE IN EVERY 40 YEARS" EARTHQUAKES."

There was also much relevant prophecy in 2003, in my word "The "I" Lands Will See in 2003". I will share some quotes from that word while reminding you that the things prophesied in it are things that began in 2003 but willl continue to unfold over the course of many years. Also to remind you that in this word the "I" Lands referred to Islands, Islamic lands and nations that started with the letter 'I'. Both of the above mentioned words can be accessed through the website www.theissacharianpost.com .

"The Lord is moving and doing a wondrous thing among all nations. However, I believe that there is a particular intense intervention of God that has already begun and will greatly intensify among the "I" Lands...Indonesia, for example, is an Island, is also Islamic, as well as a nation that begins with the letter "I". It will be very hot in the spirit in Indonesia..." Later in the word I went into more detail on Indonesia: "INDONESIA: The 'Hottest' Land on the Earth Indonesia is the 'front lines' of much of what is going on in the spirit...It is a place of increasing confrontation between Islam and Christianity as the relentlessness of the Kingdom of God continues to advance...A tremendous harvest is coming! I believe that the Lord has shown me that, one day, more than 80% of Indonesia will be made up of those that profess that salvation is through Jesus Christ. There are spiritual volcanoes that the Lord is releasing through these islands as His Arm is activated toward those who put their hope in Him. Truly many entire islands will be ablaze with the fire of God and they will continue to release 'volcanic explosions' even to the most Muslim, Hindu, or Buddhist 'imbedded' islands. Lift up your head, oh Indonesia, for the King of Glory is coming to you!...ALL ISLANDS OF THE EARTH TREMBLE AND REJOICE FOR THE INTERVENING ARM OF THE LORD SHALL BE EVIDENCED!" As you may be aware, virtually every place that experienced tsunamis from this earthquake is an "I" Land. These things are surely beginning to be evidenced.

The Big Picture

I shared the above prophetic words, not to try to validate myself as something, but rather to show that the Lord is up to something very BIG at this time. Indonesia is a very strategic location and the earthquake is revealing something very specific. The fact that it was a 9.0 on the Richter scale speaks that something major was birthed in the spirit realm (9 being the number of birthing). Major techtonic plates of the world split open and the energy of a million atomic bombs was released. A breaking forth of the water ensued as a sign of a mighty birthing that is taking place. In the spirit realm, this birthing is caging in the king python of the region. This king python, also known as a reticulated python only exists in Southeast Asia. The Lord showed a year ago that this thing was going to be caged. Everywhere that the waters burst onto the coastlands as a tsunami, we will see the Kingdom of God come through in a powerful new way. A major resistance to the Kingdom of God will have been 'caged' and there will be great, great advance of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Indonesia is a nation of over 10,000 islands and yet there is a great present focus on the island of Sumatra, which was the nearest land mass to the earthquake. Sumatra has been an island of much turmoil. It reportedly has some of the strongest elements of extreme Islamicism in it and there are repeated stories of Christians being persecuted here. It is in the forest of this specific island that the king python was captured and that is also significant. This spiritual king python that is being arrested in the region is directly connected to the prince of Persia principality that is being daily eroded through the barrage of prayers, intercessions and prophetic decrees that are being "bombed" into the whole Islamic region. The prince of Persia is being caged and then demolished in this region and the Lord will allow the one billion souls trapped by this principality to see and experience Jesus. They will still have to make a choice, but many, many will choose Christ as the Prince of Persia's hands are pulled off their eyes that were previously blinded. The more desperate the acts of terror, the more you can be sure that he sees that his days are numbered. All the land and nations that the prince of Persia is claiming are in fact fully paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ. This prince of darkness has even plotted to take the whole world, but He who sits in the Heavens has laughed at him and will even unseat him in his very 'home' where he felt very secure. Michael and his angels are even being activated for this task and it is all tied in to the "peace of Jerusalem".

The day of this earthquake was 12/26 and there are two relevant scriptures. Psalms 122:6 says"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you." There is a lot of love for Jerusalem coming from America and from this government. A prospering anointing is our prophesied portion. By faith I will speak verse 7 over us as a nation. "Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces." The walls are our borders and the palaces are our seats of government. The other relevant scripture is Hebrews 12:26. "...He has promised, saying, Yet once more, I shake NOT ONLY THE EARTH BUT ALSO HEAVEN." As this area was shaken in the natural, something was also shaken OUT of the region's second heaven.

The Lord was showing me many things out of Isaiah 42 that relate to the tsunami and the "coastlands" and I want to end this part quoting some of these verses. Isaiah 42:4 "He will not fail nor be discouraged, Till He has established justice in the earth: And the COASTLANDS shall wait for His law." (It's good to know that the Lord is not discouraged, nor will He fail to establish justice in the earth) "v10. Sing to the Lord a new song, And His praise from the ends of the earth, You who go down waste the mountains and the hills" to bring Light to their darkness. Many will be ashamed of their previous idols and carved images as they see the Arm of the Lord intervene on their behalf. Don't change that channel!....Take a coffee break and come back for Part II.  to the sea, and all that is in it, You COASTLANDS and you inhabitants of them! v12. Let them give glory to the Lord, And declare His praise in the COASTLANDS. v13. The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man of war; He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war. He shall cry out, yes shout aloud; He shall prevail against His enemies. v14. I have held my peace a long time, I have been still and restrained Myself. Now I will cry like a woman in labor, I will pant and gasp at once. (It is interesting how the Lord enters in "labor pains" agreement even with His creation) v15. I will lay waste the mountains and the hills... v16. I will bring the blind by a path they have not known. I WILL MAKE DARKNESS LIGHT BEFORE THEM, And crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, and not forsake them. v17. They shall be greatly ashamed, who trust in carved images, Who say to the molded images, You are our Gods."

This passage shows the intensity and passion of the Lord's intervention. He knows that the people of the coastlands are idolaters and worshippers of false gods—yet, He will "stir up His zeal" and "cry" and "shout aloud" and "pant" and "gasp" and even "lay waste the mountains and the hills" to bring Light to their darkness. Many will be ashamed of their previous idols and carved images as they see the Arm of the Lord intervene on their behalf. Don't change that channel!....Take a coffee break and come back for Part II.
